Situated 2 miles North of the historic and picturesque town of Whithorn, off the A746.Castlewigg caravan park offers both luxury and budget static caravans for hire, all are well equipped with all the essentials for a relaxed and trouble free holiday. Nightly and weekly rates are available, and pitches for tents, touring caravans and campers are also available. Toilets and free showers are provided. The Park is open from 1st March until 31st October and every weekend during 1st November until 28th February.


Castlewigg is a small family run park which has won many awards, particularly for its well kept gardens. Set in peaceful and secluded grounds, it is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity.


Many activities, including Golf, Fishing, Shooting, Walking, Pony trekking, Bird watching and Cycling. are within easy reach of Castlewigg, for those with relaxation in mind there are several top class and clean beaches close by. Disabled people are also catered for with some caravans having low access. Each caravan will sleep up to six people and have colour television, Our budget range are of similar specification but are slightly older. Pets are welcome at no extra charge although we do ask pet owners to act responsibly and keep their pets under control at all times, and please clean up after them.

All caravans are fully equipped for up to six people and are 28'x10'. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker and refrigerator. Two bedrooms, one double bed and the other with two singles. Washroom and shower, flush toilet and vanity sink. Lounge/dining room with colour TV and concealed double bed. When comparing prices please note our tariffs include gas, electricity, cots and VAT. Remember NO hidden charges.
